I never submitted schedule 4 form separately. For me it was filling in the PR application form and then a letter (after few months) talking about the incorrect information i had filled earlier with explanation.

Finally got the visa. No more documents were asked. Had ordered for GCMS notes and in it, there was an entry that the applicant had sent a mail(the one I sent for clarification of having marked no for visa refusal)

Received mail from CIC requesting for the following documents 1) Schedule 4 - Provincial Nominee 2) RPRF request weird part is , got the mail few minutes back and the date for submitting the above documents is today itself.

You would see them in the first page itself. More details about when your file was moved to one office to another in case it happened could be found by searching for keywords 'Primary Office' and 'Secondary Office".

I raised a CSE as suggested(in this post) and sent a mail to the respective Visa office, no schedule A yet.

Then what is the point in going in for GCMS notes later? As per your logic CIC would any how ask for missing documents. Plus, after 6 months one gets eligible to reach out to CIC for delays in application.

By going through the replies, the best option that is available is to raise a CSE. Would raise one at the earliest. Thanks all for the information. @itsmee Is it possible to share the content of the CSE raised.
