Thanks Screech!! Landing was fairly quick, there were probably 30 people there, we watched a power point presentation on being a permanent resident (the requirements, pr card) the officer doing the presentation then came around and checked the size of our photos and then waited for our names...

Finally got my landing appointment letter, it was dated Nov 1st. It arrived November 9th. But we were getting married in Mexico so it was a great suprise to come home too :) :) My landing date is November 26th in Vancouver at 1pm!!! Can't wait!!!! Congrats to everyone else getting AIP or DM!!!

Sooooooo happy!!!! I checked my email this morning and I got my DM email!!!! I had to read it 3 times, now just have to wait for the Vancouver landing office to contact me!!! Can't believe it's nearly over :)

YAY!!!! I received my work permit in the mail this morning :) could you place update the spreadsheet for me!!! I'm so excited!! I also called CIC a few weeks ago, as ECAS wasn't showing my medical results being received, they were there and they are doing the background checks!! Fingers crossed...
