@smisez If you are genuine applicant you don't need to worry. You will get an intimation if the Visa Office fail to get information from your employer. Subsequently you can give them the necessary details. Possibly you will have to go through an interview.

Hi, I got my CAIPS report. It shows medical received and all other details and a visa officer designating other personnel for visa issuance. The strike came at the wrong time for us. Hopefully we will get it in a week or so. Regards, KDSTTL

The medical request you have got is for you and your family, right? New Delhi Visa Office doesn't sent MR to family members separately.
