Hi Damocles, Unfortunately I haven't received the ITA yet. It's the AOR that I received on Nov 1st. I am still in the waiting boat. :-* Aal, you should definitely email them. I emailed them saying WTH, and received the AOR the next day. I think my email prompted some digging.
