Hi tyere, Today received my GCMS notes after 4 months. I'm an April 17 cec applicant (cv requested a while ago). Have 2 security activities and the first activity is NONCOMPLIANCE! I've been working in Canada on a PGWP for over two years now. Can't understand what the issue may be.

Does anyone know what noncompliance actitvity in GCMS notes for express entry can mean?

Your employer will need to get LMIA (search for it on the forum). Not many employers do that.

Do you guys know of any cases where application was rejected due to the outcome of SS? I'm CEC inland. Have studied and worked here for a few years now, but my file's clearly gone for SS as I had mandatory public military service (awaiting gcms notes to make sure).

Lol. And now they've removed th express entry option from their phone menu basically guaranteeing that you can never talk to an agent. What a joke.

That's pretty typical. Normally before they start screening they ask for travel history/cv/military service history or all three.
