When I applied in person, the first thing they asked for is a travel plan/flight ticket, I showed them the flight ticket, and after reviewing the ticket they processed my application. The person processing my application said it will be mailed out on June 9th and that's what I have on the receipt.

Did you send an email inquiry to the surrey test center? Glad to hear that you got the test invite. Apparently, the tracker system is down, I am assuming their CA certificate has expired that's why it's not letting anyone log in.

My home country does allow dual citizenship but you are right I have to consider the time to get a Canadian passport as the PR card will be cut into pieces during the oath ceremony.
