Well all my documents and form everything saves alright, when I logout and login it takes me straight to the review and submit page. And then it just craps out saying failed. @canada_help I uploaded my PR card in that section, I have my photo receipts in the photos section

I did the refresh trick and the banner came. I filled it in with a new id, still when I submit it says failed to submit :'(

You do need to sign it if sending on paper, it clearly states in 10.a Signed copy of Online Physical Presence Calculator, else I would never have gone thru the trouble of looking into all this

One issue is they removed the Signature and Date and Confirmation from Online physical presence calculator so if I want to just submit it via paper I can't because there is no where to sign on the physical presence calculator

Yup it is weird because I logged in from my phone and I got an email from IRCC.DoNotReplyCIT-CITNePasRepondre.IRCC@cic.gc.ca via amazonses.com about suspicious login. the email looks legit as mentioned by @simfhs but I don't know about the amazonses.com part. Any clue?

@BOYX I did, mine are similar but not the same, I just filled in whatever information was asked for. I called IRCC but they flat out denied the existence of online portal. The agent just did not believe that any such portal exist. I also could not find any mention of it in the instruction guide...
