Pakistan already giving out ppr for December applicants. They used to take 2 years before and India was averaging 6-8 months and its complete opposite now.

So this big delay is because they had to take care of backlogs. So as they finishing the backlogs they are slowly doing the current applications from april-may-june. Maybe they did have pressure on them from people asking for updates so they sent a bulk update to everyone by changing the BCG...
