Yes,its a problem. You need to contact IRCC and get this right as you'll face issues during citizenship application. They will provide further info. I assume you have mismatch of dates in your case.(which should match)

according to the link it kind of suggest the situation where applicant is not inland (i.e. foreign FSW) who has technical skills and will find job and start life in Canada. CEC applicants are only inland (international students with Canadian work experience). I think CIC should clarify further...

Thanks Karenv Yes,i can see that many people were't even asked for POF but at the same time I see people who have been specifically asked to show PoF ,so much so one person had to show his account details by logging in to bank app from phone as the officer otherwise wouldn't allow to land him.
