Yes after staying here for almost 3 years, i can definitely say that its true that Quebec has lots of benefits and with Mon Project the process looks more simplified than it used to be before where it used to take 2-5 years for CSQ.

I think you can live in any province even outside of canada also when your application is processing but once you get the PR through QSW, you should move to quebec.

Hi DesertBoi27 - Did you receive MR already. Are you an inland applicant?

How come some people are getting MR in 10 days of AOR and some for several months? Is it dependent on visa office? Or the medicals are not needed for those who did not receive yet? :)

Probably ou transferred with in North America... If you come from any other country though it is intra company transfer, they ask for medicals as far as i know.

CIC does asks for medical exams if your stay is => 6 months no matter through which visa you are coming to Canada

Apart from QSW, have ITA thru OINP and when tried creating another profile, getting score of 495 which means one more ITA if went ahead and submitted the profile but the thought of wasting the other 2 ITAs assuming everything goes smooth through QSW by November is killing me but can do nothing...
