So Im applying for my parent Visitor Visa through Online using 2 different Cic Account (1 for dad, 1 for mom). My mom got approved on Oct 28 and she already got her visa stamp back. But my dad still no answer.... Both done Biometric same time. Is there a way I can contact CIC to get some update?

Do I have to fill out 2 different applications too? Like the forms, each have to fill out they own.
