Just got my second set of notes today, I had ordered it a few days before DM. It includes everything including the officer's notes for the DM, and the 2 emails we had sent them asking for updates in August and October. It also shows when the COPR was mailed.

My wife just got our DM today! She was a February applicant. For us, our background check status and final decision status was changed at the same time yesterday. Looks like they had started the background check a few months ago even though gckey showed it as not started.

I am also in the same boat as you - also with the Hong Kong VO. My wife's app says they started processing on March 13 but so far, we haven't received any police check requests, AOR2, or anything.
