I guess so? I sorted by column B, and I see 2 from Kitchener still waiting for a test in November, 1 from Cambridge, 1 from Waterloo. For October I see 1 waiting from Cambridge, 11 waiting from Kitchener and 4 waiting from Waterloo. In short, a lot of people still waiting.

Rest assured, if your application is not complex, you should have your oath ceremony by March 2019. Apart from that, it's too difficult to tell at the moment. And yes the app trackers are sort of suggestive.

There's a bunch of people in your shoes in the KW region, including myself. Slowly but surely, the backlog is being cleared. Hang in there.
