CPC Ottawa received my passport copy on Sep.30,but it has not activated yet.Also no upload on my Ecas from Decision made. I'm from a visa exempt country,and 2 of my friends(also from the country) needed just a few days until their xpress got activated this spring.I hope it comes back soooooon!

I only checked ecas so I don't know. My ecas still says"Medical has been Received"..... Anyway,thank you for celebrating,my friends. This thread always made me relieved.I hope ppr rain comes soon. Good luck!!
