no have only entered on eTA before. might be because of the visa office as the rest of the countries doesn't seem to be visa exempt. anyway will prob raise CSE to clarify but will still submit my passport. there's a few of us who got the ppr mail and we were all requested to submit passport...

we are asked to submit a soft copy of the photo. why can't they just use that to print on the copr? and also for the pr card? what is the point of including a soft copy in the application then? also, we do provide a copy of the scanned passport in the application which they are able to print...

i had that too... it changed to "we do not need additional docs..." a few days later.. should be fine.

i don't think you should think too much into this. mine was "being reviewed.." to "we need more docs check ur msg.." but i never received anything and even sent in a technical issue.. aft that it got changed again to "do not need more documents..." lotsa ppl got "additional docs being...
