Does anyone know how soon after you can schedule the landing interview after receiving confirmation of PR and your passport back?

If there has been a PPR email, is it safe to assume that eligibility has passed and application is approved? or is there a risk of rejection at this point?

Hello, That does seem correct to me :)

I imagine you can fill it by hand, you can go to the email and print it, that's how I did it.

Don't they send the stamped passports back via the canada post pre-paid expresspost envelope they ask you to provide with the passport? I'm assuming this is if you live outside of Canada?

That seems like a reply to a web forminquiry, did you perhaps make a web form inquiry previously? Those do take weeks to respond from what I hear and are very general, maybe this has nothing to do with actual updates on your file? not sure, but it's just a thought.
