I submitted in May. It hasn't been returned. I am not sure they have started opening May applications. I cannot recall writing my name behind the pictures. Just saw on another thread that it is a strict requirement. Not sure I even knew it was a requirement until it was pointed out.

That is not correct. I was an inland applicant and the lady stamped my passport and crossed out my valid work visa before handing the long form COPR to me.

I am glad that I have not come across any rejection or procedural fairness reply on this platform/forum

2 weeks remaining to get my pr card and i get a mail stating that they cant process it because my photo does not match the requirement. Given 30 days to mail one out. Crazy! Probably get it next year with the long waiting time
