I seriously think London are on a go-slow but I'm not gonna whine (there's no point). I can appreciate the economy in Ireland at the mo so I would go ahead and try and get the house sold and maybe also have a pint of guiness or 7 to calm your nerves! :O) All the best & keep us posted.
