yes, it was BLS mistake that they did not shipped document. The shipped my spouse document on same day, but forgot mine. So I followed up with them for 2 weeks, then finally I received it yesterday.

they disconnect call, and every time new person & then start story over again, explain everything again. Everyone says it will be dispatched by end of the day, but that never happen

I am calling them everyday 6-7 times, they keep promising it will be dispatched today. But they never keep their promise. I live in Montreal.

Hi Everyone, Is there any direct contact number for BLS ottawa office, not the customer care number. My OCI card has reached to their office since last 2 weeks & they are not shipping my card. We applied as a family package, but they shipped my spouse card. This is such a terrible service from BLS
