not a problem, IRCC needs to make sure everything is fine in medicals that is why they are asking for additional examination. All the best

it means your parent need more medical examination in order to get get medically approved. book another appointment with panel physician.

Yes it is normal. I got same request from IRCC for my mother. We were asked for PCC and Govt detail form which we uploaded on the website, and emailed IRCC the aadhar card photo.
