It’s official now. I’m officially a Canadian now. Just did my oath ceremony today on January 11, 2020 in Scarborough.

I did my test on December 5, 2019 in Scarborough and just received the email for citizenship oath ceremony today December 19. My oath ceremony will be on January 11, 2020 :)

I checked the status today December 6 and it changed from “In Process” to “Decision Made”. Yesterday it wasn’t changed yet after I passed my test.. but when I clicked on it, nothing new is added inside: Citizenship We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship)...

Just passed the citizenship test and interview today December 5 in Scarborough office. Got 19/20 ;) Now just waiting for the email for the oath ceremony date right? How long will the email be sent usually after the citizenship test?

I also get test invitation today November 20 scheduled for 5th December 2019 in Scarborough. :)

How do they send us the AOR for citizenship? By email? By mail?

But our packages were received by 2 different guys even though it was just 7 minutes apart haha

I already submitted my citizenship application before filing my 2018 tax though. I already filed my 2018 tax now, but I did it after I submitted my citizenship application. However all my tax from 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 were all filed.
