You got your AOR quick! Was it for one child or more? I sent my 2 kids apps in on September 12th and they were received the 15th. No AOR yet, but hoping for one soon. I read it will take about 5 months to process so hopefully you will receive the certificate in the mail any day now!

Yes, I had to submit one for each child, then one for myself (since I was born in British Columbia).

For the items that said just a photocopy was needed, I didn't notarize those. I only notarized the items where certified copies are requested (birth certificates for example).
