You're absolutely right! And you're not alone, there are still many of us who've been waiting for 18 months and even more. Words don't do justice to what I feel at the moment, but I believe that PPR will finally arrive very soon, hopefully before this year ends!

It doesn't matter, they don't go by medicals because they can always send you for a re-medical or extend it and PPR can be issued anytime once SS is completed.

Good news, thank you for letting us know! PPR doesn't rely on medical expiry date at all, and they almost always extend it exactly for a year (if they decide to extend).
