My old card expired two years ago , I came to Canada with prtd . They sent the new card by post to Etobicoke office as per cic agent on March 5 .so sad as it's been 5 months stuck in Etobicoke!!!!

I went to cic Etobicoke office in person . Office is open by appointment only and they are doing the refugee cases most. I've been said they started the pr card renewal already and hopefully we will hear from them soon !!!!! Please let us know if you hear from them !

From my own experience, please don't leave the country , as they will ask you to pick up the card by yourself and applying for a TD to get back here is another story........ . I believe we all need to start sending complain to cic to our mps . As I need to make money for my family but stuck...

Hi , we I got my decision made in Feb , and card has been sent on March 5. But no response yet . The don't even pick the phone on cic line. Please let us know if you get any email or call from etobicoke. Thanks

We submitted my husband's application late June 2018 ,so far no news !! The website only shows under process! Is there any one to give some hope ?
