Hello, I have a question regarding police certificates. I'm applying for IEC, and I wanted to know if I needed a police certificate from canada since I stayed there for 7 months 2 years ago? I cant find any information, and I like to be prepared so I'd like to atleast know if I would have to get one

So I want to apply for IEC, but I cant figure out if I need a police certificate for Canada (since I stayed for 7 months as a visitor 2 years ago) If so, do i just need to get fingerprints taken and then have an organization in Canada process them for me?

oh yea, I applied in December 2017, i was supposed to leave january 2018 (originally) but I had changed my ticket to later in the year so I had time to wait for the application to process, so I had implied status while I was staying, the application was accepted 2 days before I left I believe

Ooh okay! I wonder why I cant find any information on how long LOI last for, they dont make it easy to figure out! I just wouldn't want to waste my LOI if it didnt last for that long, but a year is quite a while Thank you so much for your answer!
