It was done by my lawyer and he accepted my ITA as well straight away, so it wasn't in my hands. I will now of course apply with the same/ correct NOC 0213 with the LoE as rightly suggested by you. The question still remains, can it cause serious trouble on the outcome of my application?

If you can get it upfront, get it. Otherwise, follow CIC instructions and after they issue you the request letter, you can take it to request saudi police certificate. Good luck

Please bear with them for few more days. I am sure eventually you will get it as there are many pending nominations. Cheer up and good luck

Yes anyone without a nomination so far, please keep posting in this forum. Hope we all get it soon.

I guess majority of 2016 quota of candidates for Human Capital have received nominations, my rough guess would be around between 70-80%. With remaining nominations, I fear they must be left with 500-800 pending nominations to complete quota of 2016 BUT with pending applications/cases of over 5000.
