if you have an LMO and work permit that is still valid and if its an NOC 00 for sure you get the 200 points... and about the english level it all depends on what kind of category youre in...if you got CEC clb 7 is good enough already...

if they requested rprf in the first month or two its still soon to assumed that you already passed the r10 and A11.2...but if you got it say like a week before the 6 months processing time i would say youre going to get your ppr soon coz thats what happened to my application... nobody really...

employer needs to go through the whole process of applying LMIA and employer needs to do it now coz getting LMIA takes a lot of time like months...good luck...
