Yes, many times! they said "background checks" and don't call us again! Plain stupid really, when you do a 4-month+ background check on someone with a valid work permit who is currently actually INSIDE Canada!! but what can I do..

I am still waiting after 3 months for thissecondary whatever to finish!! Applied TRV after work permit June 12th nothing yet. Like you, it never happened to me before, I don't know why suddenly they're doing this!!

Hi everyone, Applied for work permit renewal online back in May and got the new one issued within a month. Applied after on June 12 for a TRV online ( processing times say 8 days) and no decision yet after more than 2 months!! I tried sending a case specific inquiry, I get an automated answer...
