First of all, Don't lose hope. In my opinion, You have to retake ielts exam. Reason behind this is, your academic is so well and your ielts score is average. Although you complete minimum requirement. Also, you should have to take a strong course. Give a priority to bachelor courses.

Did you call a vfs for case specific enquiry.

Write in block letter . Name as in vfs copy or passport. Double check all dates. Don't write a birth place.

18 July got a passport dispatch message

You have to show funds equal to your Total course fees estimation + 2 year leaving expanse. It's not necessary to show financial documents. But mention it in study permit quationaries in spp checklist. On safe side, please show a higher funds. You can also submit parents support affidavit.

14th July guy got a passport.
