If Canadian by birth , ung passport lng pwedde na. Canadian dn kasi hubby ko, photocopy of his passport lng sinubmit nmin. But if naturalized, then just include birth cert. sometimes they will ask, just to be sure. Para wla ng additional docs irequest. Cheers!
