When I had a profile glitch on OINPs side, I called and apparently got it fixed last Friday EST. Person I spoke to said I should have my nomination in 24hours. It's been a week. Any idea what I should do? He said i have a nomination ready, just need to add to my CIC profile. Help?

I spoke to a specific person, Mr. Jean Andre, at OINP and he was super nice and helpful. I called around 2pm EST and they seem to be responsive. Someone else picked up and when i told her whom i spoke with the day before, she transferred the call. Call the 416 number and if it rings too much...
