    Decision Made - timeline?

So my husband (American, living with me in canada) got an email saying to send in a copy of his passport and two photos. After he does this, what does the time line look like? He's so anxious to start applying for jobs I think he may implode if he has to wait much longer! My sympathies to...

***MAY 2017***OUTLAND SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP OUTSIDE OF CANADA

This may be a pointless question, but I was just wondering what wait times outland americans are currently experiencing? I heard they are sometimes faster, but maybe that is just wishful thinking! I know on the website it says upwards of 12 months.

Hello! My US spouse is in the process of getting his Canadian PR card. We sent his Schedule A background check separately (after the initial package had be received), and we got an email back a few weeks later saying that it had been received. The next day when checking the progression of the...

    Background Check for Spouse

Hello! I'm Canadian and I'm sponsoring my American husband for permanent residency. We are doing his background check for the USA and noticed that the results come back in a sealed envelope. Can we open that envelope or does it need to be submitted sealed with the package? Does it need to be...

How to complete form IM1344 online. Won't validate without co-signer

So, unless I'm mistaken, you need to validate form IMM1344 so it has the bar code. When I fill out the form, it is forcing me to fill out the co-signer portion even though we don't have one. I've tried to write 'NA' or anything in the required areas but it's not having it. Suggestions? Thanks!
