Yes I have! I ordered it in the end of January. It should arrive by the first days of March - I hope. But I'm still reaching 3 months of wait after AOR... I hope I get CoPR before it reaches 6 months. :-)

I'm not an expert, but have you been there for more than 10 years? Otherwise, you should list the first time you landed in Canada, and then all subsequent trips out of canadá. Just list everything which you needed to use your passport to go and come back.
