Not sure. Sharing my experience.

There were two lines when I went today: those with appointments and those without them. Those with appointments are prioritized. And I still had to wait extra 1.5 hours despite having had an appointment.

1. They don't ask for the certificate number but before scheduling an appointment they would go through their list line by line to confirm that you have all required items. 2. Non-urgent appointments won't be scheduled in-person. They will tell you to submit it by post.

11-Mar: Contacted them via an online form 16-Mar: Received a phone call, got an appointment scheduled 24-Mar: Submitted my application 29-Mar: Pick-up (extra $50) Downtown Toronto

Citizenship ceremony took place on March 4 (via Zoom). I received my citizenship certificate 1 week later, on March 11.

Received an email with the instructions for the ceremony today. Ceremony will take place on March 4.

Hi Guys, How long in advance do they send the instructions for the ceremony? Mine is on March 4. Still nothing. Will I receive an email one week before it?

Thank you! I still did not receive an email for my November 1 update (when everything except for the ceremony got updated to Completed).

November 22 update: You've been scheduled to attend your citizenship ceremony on March 4, 2022. I only saw it because I logged into my account. Neither previous update nor this one were communicated by email. Is that normal?
