yes but i am specifically talking for CEC inland. many of the people including me (family of 4) getting approved (as told by CIC agent over phone) for more than two weeks but still waiting for PPR.

For CEC inland PPR waiting time is longer as most of the applications are going for telephone landing instead of PPR.

I applied for PR with Manitoba PNP in September 2017. They haven't called the medical yet. current processing time is 17 months for paper based application. I applied for EE on 21 November 2017 and now my EE application is in final stage of security passing all requirements in 20 days only.

For CEC inland, its very rare to get PPr in few hours or days. It normally happens for FSW outland.

The next step is medical. it takes 6-15 days. At the same time the status will change to IP1.

CEC inland time from Ip2 to ppr is more. I think early December IP2 will get ppr by the end of December.
