Yes, indeed the 4th answer was confusing but then I thought 18th may be counted as a word, September would be another word and 1978 is as a number, hence, I got two words and a number in my answer. Where did you write the exam?

I wrote repetitive task initially, but later change it to heavy lifting -> the text was about avoiding accidents so I thought repetitive task is not appropriate there.

I can't believe my last second guess, listening answer "categories", could be correct!!! I had no idea what was the answer since I missed it while listening to the conversation, but guessed it using vocabulary and grammar. Seriously, I am glad to read that many people wrote\approve "categories"...
