You will receive your PER in the following week, don't worry. mine was encashed on Aug 8, & received my PER yesterday. As there huge number of applicants for july 4 to july 8, it may takes even 1 week to issue PERs just for one day. Good luck

Hi dear friends I also received my PER starting with E (I mean file number) Application Received: July 6 Bank Draft encashed: Aug 8 PER Received: Sep 22

Last year, some file numbers started with "B" and the others with "E". Also this year, people who have emailed cic for their status after 6 weeks, have gotten application number starting with "E". Well, it is just for information and nothing to worry.

As your application has reached there on July 14, you are in the cap. Currently it seems they are charging July 11 receipts. Check whether your credit card is charged or bank draft is encashed.

Let's suppose that your application is recieved by 3 Nov noon, and the cap limit reached at the end of 3 Nov. Plz let us know if your CC or BD is encashed.

As CIC updated caps limit for 1122 for 1000 is as of 3 Nov, I think you shouldn't be worry.
