I think the more the delay the better the chances of getting the visa. Might be wrong, but it's a pattern I've been observing lately, specially for Fall 16.

Looking at all the comments on this post just goes on to show the pathetic lack of professionalism that CIC is following. I am also a prey to this go slow policy. They refused my visa application after 30 days of applying from VAC Islamabad, so I had to defer my admission to the winter session...

Hi. Please change your course, and apply again you will surely get visa. They have clearly stated it that it's your course.

I was also refused for the two same reasons. Purpose of visit, and not satisfied that you are a bonafide student. ISB To Kam... I'd advise you to get your CAIP notes, I plan on doing the same, and will reapply for the Winter session.

I have exactly the same refusal reasons as yours. Minus travel history.

I did show FRC from NADRA. But I didn't show any property etc. My father was my sponsor so I showed his salary slips only. But, isn't it harsh to reject a candidate just because he doesn't have property back home? Like, My bank statements were mature and had the money needed for my education...

Got a refusal. Shocked and shattered. They have ticked two reasons. Purpose of visit and not satisfied that I would leave Canada after studies. Need help guys, what should I do now?

My online account on CIC is showing as updated, but there is no change when I go on and check the status of it. Is this normal?
