hey mates.. tomorrow i hope, we all will hear some news regarding visa and i m sure we all gonna get our study permit.. still i need some expert suggestion is anyone is reading this about getting visa decision on tuesday as i received a mail from CHC on friday about my application status...

maybe your application was a bit complicated than others so it might took cic so long.. dont worry brother,, u ll receive your visa soon.. hopefully on tuesday

heard that this monday is holiday in India due to ganesh chaturthi. so my 1st question is that cic open on monday or not?? and can we expect to hear our visa decisions on monday????

my situation is almost same as yours.. my sister is in canada but she is working in a tech company and PR there. i applied under spp and under SPP u don't have to show a lot of funds like in other cases. my sister send me funds to my account and with all that (parents'+sister) i showed a bank...

i have submitted on 5th august under spp too but application is processing at bangalore vac. medical passed on 31st august while i received an email stating my application has been updated but no update has been made online.. whats ur current status???

application submitted on 5th august and medical passed on 31st august.. today i received an email from CIC stating that my application has been updated. when i checked its still the same. so my question is, when can i expect to hear my visa decision??

expect to get the decision soon.. my friends applied on 28th received their visas. if u have applied under spp expect to hear decision in a day or two. :) good luck bro
