Congrats.. Bro/Sis? Normally letter comes on your email. Its not compulsory that you should get email. I also have got any email. I just received passport yesterday, the letter and passport were together on parcel. Wait few days, you will get both together.

I think this is not true. I think the time and no. is not exact for all application. Even one application goes through various department and personnel before being at final decision authority. The Final decision based on the recommendation from individual personnel.

The second option is in your favor but the possibility of getting visitor visa for your case is not very high. Choose carefully and also better to seek some help from Experts.
