i have assessed my points for express entry ,score is 548 ,but the problem is ,i have applied PR( federal) in 2009 which was refused in 2010, now it comes to know that 100 points will be cut for that case .is there any solution for this ? because its been 6 year when i applied .thanks.

age - 35 (75) education -graduation (110) work ex.-5 year (75 ) language-6 band ielts (88) adaptibilty-blood relation 200

i mean diploma or digree related to my trade ,otherwise i m graduate .

i want to apply under express entry stream ,my noc is 6342(tailor,dressmaker )i have 5 years of work experience.do i need diploma or digree ?

he is permanent resident now ,but he get pr just last month .and living there since 2013
