I hope you have CSQ... The only way is to look for a new job ASAP. Mostly the companies(employers) will sponsor,cos you(csq holders) are under LMIA exemption category and it costs around only 230$. Incase if your employer doesn't know the process, try to explain them about LMIA exemption...
