My processed passport has been dispatched from Singapore visa office yesterday. How long does it take for a passport to reach VFS Thailand?

Hello, I am a November 2015 applicant from Thailand and received PPR since June 3,2016. So I sent my passport on June 10, 2016. Now it's 1.5 months but I haven't heard anything from Singapore or VFS yet. Is this normal? I have tried emailing SVO two times but no reply. :( What should I do?
