With regard to OINP NOIs does it matter when the Express Entry profile was created? My account was created in early May but I remember around June OINP mentioned somewhere that the applicants need to create a new profile to be considered for the program. Is that still the case?

I got PPR for my father today but not for my mother. Does CIC send an email for the main applicant only or for dependents as well? The email mention the UCI for my father only. Thanks.

I am looking at the spreadsheet and seems like CPC-Ottawa has the most cases but none being processed. Is this the slowest office for processing? I am worried as my application was transferred to CPC-Ottawa in June.
