Hi, Usually, the CIC will send you a biometric instruction letter and only after the issuance of that letter you can give biometric. Thus, you will have to wait until you receive the instruction letter.

There are several threads on this forum showing 2 years bachelors and 2 years masters being assessed as 4 years bachelors. For masters i think they take into consideration 16 years of education. Nevertheless, you should remain optimistic and hope for the best.

I got my bachelors and masters assessed from CES and had no problems whatsoever. It usually take 2-2.5 months once they've received the documents and you can also track your application through their portal. Its less cumbersome as you can mail documents in a HEC sealed envelope by yourself...

You may go for CES (University of Toronto), it usually takes 3 months. I got my bachelors and MBA assessed from CES and it was sweet.
