    I got my ECA via email :). Second email was not very clearly sent ever only in response to my Query. Both my bachelors and masters were awarded.

    I received my 1st email 21 WORKING days after, then I enquired and received confirmation that my MSc. was received. I wondered if that meant no BSc. so to be safe I had my university resend on Oct 3rd. I wrote them first week Nov and they responded saying it’s most likely etc so I wrote back...

    I felt the same way and wrote them asking for a yes and no and they responded saying “Your application is in line for processing to review and validate your educational documents. Upon completion of the assessment, an electronic copy will be sent to the email address on the application form.”...

    I sent my documents August 4th they take 21working days to acknowledge then like another 21 days re second email...no ECA as yet.

    You should write them saying when your transcripts arrived via courier and state that it has been x days.

    They say if they received/opened your transcripts before your application they will only send one. Most people the application arrives first so they would receive two.
