    Just COPR is enough for your dependent to travel. As long as they have already received their COPR and visa.

    Spouse cannot travel until PA has received their COPR. They do ask you in the immigration about PA’s COPR.

    Apparently I did receive the portal email on the same day as my spouse received the PPR but somehow it got missed by my representative. I found out when I called IRCC. Later I emailed them to forward me the portal email which they did within a few days. My spouses visa got stamped within 2 days...

    Hi, I had the same situation. Called IRCC yesterday and informed them that my work permit expires in 20 days. They asked me to wait but then within a few hours I received my eCOPR.

    I hope you get your eCoPR soon. My visa office is in Vancouver. I am not sure if calling them helped or they were going to issue me the document today.

    Hello, I just received my eCOPR. My spouse had already received his COPR and visa in June. AOR- July 28th, 2020 Portal email and credentials- July 26th, 2021.     You won’t have any picture on your eCOPR. Once the picture is reviewed they will send you your PR card.

    It’s valid it June 2022 and same with his medical as per the CoPR.

    My spouse is in Poland. He received his PPR on June 21st and COPR on June 28th. I received the 1st portal on July 26th and credentials on the same day. Still waiting for my COPR.
