brother i applied on 14th oct with upfront medical and still haven't got any response and believe me every day is crucial for me, like i am wasting my time and my career is at stake. >:( >:(

I have a question here. I need to know if it is possible to travel outside home country after applying study permit? What i mean is that i have applied study permit and its been 2 months and i haven't heard any news regarding visa application and these 2 months are like a hell for me, no job...

I recently checked processing time on gov site and it showed me 9 weeks, which was reduced from 12 weeks

Yes they do send an email regarding application status if you apply online or if you apply through vfs then you need to link your visa application number with account which is facilitated by canadian government to those who care applying for different visas but first you need to make an account...
