Thanks @tobs I checked with VFS in Abu Dhabi and they do not transmit to New Delhi. I have raised a CSE as well (apart from replying to NDVO yesterday), just to be sure that the matter is attended. Now will wait for a few days till they issue from ADVO.

Hi Cansha, I was waiting on IP1 since 28 June and my plan was to order GCMS after 4 months of AOR which was today. I got an update today asking to pay the RPRF fees and also that background check is in process. I will not order the notes as of now and see how it goes after paying the fees!

Thanks rejozach for the reply. I will try calling directly as even VOIP is blocked here. I also tried finding out the visa office by emailing CIC and using info on this forum about a month back. But I did not get a response; just an auto response stating they do not reply to emails for visa office.
