I saw "not applicable" thrice and "we are doing a background check" twice so I assumed that it is an IP3.

No i think those are just rumours. There are many July AORs that have already been processed. I remember reading on a June AOR thread that July was quicker haha.

My nationality is Indian. I'm an FSW-Inland applicant. I think that all those ADRs and i also renewed my passport during the application caused mine to go into IP3. I'm not planning on GCMS as my AOR is 19th July which is well within 6 months.

My application changed to IP3 today. I emailed CIC and they told me that my visa office is Ottawa. Any update on your application?
